It's meant to be easy to set and forget, with default values for the options listed.

## Use this setting if you would like the Tip Jar to have a constant hover text even when not in use
## It will display the text you put in there use the following for special functions

## %u for the owners name

## Use this setting to dump all the settings on boot up these only get sent to the owner of the Tip Jar, no one else will see them
